Steak Princess
Rylee Wright, aka The Steak Princess, is an 18-year-old competitive BBQ prodigy with a passion for live fire cooking.
She got her first grill at age 8 and now owns 15, competing in the Steak Cookoff Association (SCA) and KCBS Backyard Division, where she has earned multiple top-10 finishes and made history as the youngest competitor to achieve a perfect SCA Steak score (254.5). Rylee was the first female to win two Steak Cookoff events in a single day and has taken Grand Champion titles at Sip N Swine BBQ Festival, the WJBBL competition at SmokeSlam, and PoosaQ. She also launched her own line of signature rubs to enhance her cooking and inspire others. With a mission to encourage more kids to cook alongside their families, Rylee is proving that BBQ isn’t just for the pros—it’s for the next generation, too.
