Carla’s passion for grilling has taken her around the globe, where she leads master classes and inspires a new generation of chefs. She’s a fierce competitor too—taking 3rd in the 2018 Argentine Open Fire Competition, founding an all-women’s international team, and most recently, claiming the 2024 Texas Open Fire Champion crown.
